Valli is a singer who has been touring on sheer willpower. When she gets sick, she believes she is delirious when she sees an apparition. It is Danu, a Hussey. Danu tells Valli that a stranger will be coming into her life soon and that her lyrics will set him free. She dismisses the hallucination until she finds herself in a treatment facility. She meets John, a man who has not past, no future, just the present and the chemistry between the two is amazing. What is the secret that John holds? How can Valli help him? Just how HOT will this relationship get?

Sahara Kelly nailed it on this story. It had all the elements of desire, intrigue, compassion and lust. I absolutely adored these two characters together. They seemed to steam up several pages in the book. I loved the bonds they formed and the heartache each endured when they other was not there. I would HIGHLY recommend this book to any romance reader. It is not offensive and shows that love really can exist at first site. Sahara is one of my new favorite authors and I will most definately be looking for new stories from her. She will be an author to watch in the future.

  1. Whooeee! Thank you SO much, Tami! You're very kind. It's an honor to have one of my books chosen for review, since there are so many out there these days. To know how much you enjoyed it? Well, that's the frosting on my cupcake this morning!

I loved these characters too. It was a lot of fun writing a guy who had no frame of reference when it came to women, no past experiences to compare with, no idea of what his history was when it came to romance. John had an empty plate and filled it with Valli. I found I really enjoyed having her be his "first"! LOL

Many thanks again for your wonderful review - I'm grateful, thrilled you liked this book and want to wish you and everyone over here much success in 2009!!!

    Cheers,
    Sahara
