"Sean Stephenson is a hero to me. When you read his book, he will be a hero to you as well. His moving stories about himself and others who have found the gifts in their pain will teach you so much about courage and, just as important, you will learn how to build your own sense of confidence when it comes to health, career, relationships, and more. Do yourself a favor read this book! "

Review: This is not your typical self-help book. This is a book that will change your life in so many ways if you are willing to do the work. There are 6 lessons in this book and in each one there are activities you will need to do. Each activity is meant to show you how to be the real you. I can honestly say this book will remain on my keeper shelf for years to come. You will find yourself reaching for this book when you have come across a problem and need a little advice on how to get through it. This is not a book that preaches at you. It is a book from the heart. Sean has a way of communicating that I have never before experienced. He does not talk down to anyone in this book yet you can hear the intelligence in his words. Sean uses personal experiences and other peoples' stories in order for the reader to understand each lesson.
I don't know of a single person who would not benefit from this book. It can be given to anyone for any occasion. When Sean Stephenson decides to release another book, I will be the first in line to buy it. He is a true inspiration to all mankind. I have been blessed for reading his words of wisdom.
