Review - Moonlight Slayer by Delores Walker
Title: Moonlight Slayer

Publisher: Red Rose Publishing

Blurb: Police Detective, Drake Richardson towered three inches over six feet in stocking always be noticed. Pair that with hazel eyes and chestnut brown hair and you understood why he caused many female hearts to flutter. Surprisingly his six pack abs were not the first thing women noticed. The first things most women noticed about Drake were his strong jaws and kissable lips.
Drake searched the room for his African American counterpart, Luke Wyatt. Luke was tall, at least six feet three. He had the physique of a professional athlete, long and muscular. Add that to Luke’s light chocolate skin and lighter brown eyes and it made a devastating package. In fact, except for one small fact, he’d definitely be a woman’s dream come true.
He knew without a doubt that he and Luke were capable of doing the job. Who better to stop a vampire-serial killer than two vampires?
Review: What an action packed story! Not only is there a fight scene, you also get to travel back in time. There are a couple of steamy scenes some people might find offensive.. Personally, I thought they were not just steamy but toe curling as well.
What I love about the paranormal genre is the fact authors get to make up their own rules on vampires, werewolves, shape shifters, etc. It's fun to read a story and not have the same information about vampires just being rewritten, but have an author that gives you a new take on vampirism. I'm new to this genre and have really started to explore authors in the paranormal field.
The only problem I had with this authors work is it was too short. I'd love to see a more developed plot and characters from this author. Picking up this story, you will not be disappointed.
