I absolutely loved Pay Up! Carly and Rio met at a point in life when neither were free to act on their attraction or admit to the other they had it in the first place. The strength of their friendship is only heightened when taken to the next level. Ms. Hart doesn't just write compelling characters, she pulls you into their world.
