Review - The Confident Woman Devotional by Joyce Meyer
Author: Joyce Meyer
Publisher: Faith Words
Rating: You Gotta Read

THE CONFIDENT WOMAN has sold over 400,000 copies since its publication in 2006 and remains Joyce Meyer's only #1 New York Times bestselling book. It continues to sell an average of over 100,000 copies a year; clearly, she tapped into the concerns and issues that trouble women most. In this devotional, Meyer provides encouragement and tools to help address and resolve problems in an area of life that women struggle with.It is easy to get caught up in what the coming weeks, months or years might hold and forget to slow down and live in the present.
In true Joyce Meyer fashion, she's done it again. The Confident Woman devotional is the little nudge any woman needs to make it through the day. An amazing little gem of a book, you will find that for each day there is a Bible scripture, a word from Joyce and a prayer. It seems like every day is a challenge these days and each time I open up to the appropriate day, I am given a little nugget of encouragement. The Confident Woman Devotional would be the perfect gift for anyone on your list. You don't have to be a die hard church goer to know that each word on each day is written just for you. I highly recommend this book to anyone young or old. Ms. Meyer tells you like it is, calls you on your junk and helps pick you up and dust you off. I have personally read a certain day to a friend that was going through a rough time and it was just the word she needed to hear that day. I love this book and it will be one that I will keep rereading day after day.
