When Plain Jane Genie wanders into the Last Call and casually orders a drink, she doesn't know it's a paranormal bar. She doesn't even have a clue her cocktail has a secret code that she's delivering to all interested parties. She just wants to spend her last night in London around music and people instead of staring at the walls in her hotel. As she sips her cocktail, she is stunned to hear a sexy voice whisper, "Let's play..."
Luka and Quentin are shape-shifters, and when Genie crosses their radar, they don't care about her dull clothing or the fact that she seems to be a mundane human. Their Siberian Husky senses tell them that she is much more, and she is exactly what they want. The chase is on, but who catches who?
Siberian Husky: Catch me if you can!
On her last day in London Genie finds herself at Last Call. When she orders a drink from the magical menu she gets more than she bargained for. Quentin and Luka know that they are what Genie needs and they intend to show her just that.
Siberian Husky is a nice continuation of the series that all takes place at Last Call. Luka and Quentin have been friends for years and have shared woman before but they can feel that Genie is different. Genie may think she is a plain Jane but she is much more than that, and I loved watching her blossom from the love of these two men. The three together are a wonderful thing, the love that they have shines through everything that they do.
Belinda McBride weaves a magical spell with her beautiful descriptions and the depth of emotion in this story. Siberian Husky is a sweet read about finding and giving yourself through love. Fast paced and emotionally charged this is a wondrous story that should not be missed.
