Review:

Love Sex Pleasure & Pain was an interesting read. I got to see this authors writing style with many different stories about many different couples.

Each story was a quick and fast paced read. Giving the reader short glimpses into these characters lives. While most of the sex in this book was hot and heavy the trust and the bond between the couples always showed through.

The story that made the most impression on me was Coming Home Early. When Marcus catches his sub doing something he is not supposed to he teaches Will a lesson he soon won’t forget. I enjoyed seeing the bond between Will and Marcus. The love between the men is very powerful.

Full of a variety of short stories there may be something in this book for everyone. While I enjoyed the writing style I did not find a favorite story or any characters that I connected with leaving this a bit of a dry read for me. Readers should also be aware that most of these stories revolve around same sex couples. There are some heterosexual stories in the mix but if you do not enjoy reading same sex stories readers should check before purchasing this book. Although this book did not strike a chord with me I will be sure to look at this author’s other works to find one that does.
