Three months have passed since Steve Compton's last visit to Crystal Falls. Now he's back, but far from pleased about it. Convinced there is more in the air than clean living, he's a journalist on the hunt for a story that'll launch his career into the stratosphere.

Zoe Nickles loves the small-town atmosphere, the people, and most especially the great hiding places in Crystal Falls. She's heard rumors about the magical aura in the tiny town, and when her powers come to fruition one June night, she knows the whispers are true. She's the Tooth Fairy--with a sexy new look!

But there's a problem: a nosy reporter is on Zoe's trail, with just enough street smarts and cynicism to thwart her ability to practice her newfound skills. Can she convince him Cristal Falls is harmless before he tells the world about the town's"unique" quality, or will Steve blab the news, putting Zoe and all the paranormal residents at risk?

Review:

When reporter Steve Compton returns to Crystal Falls in search of another story he finds more than he bargained for. Will he let fame and fortune consume him and let his happiness slip through his grasp or will he be the man that Zoe sees inside of him?

I am always excited when I see a new story in this series. I am never disappointed when I find and read them. This story is no different. The characters endear themselves to you. I could not help but feel sorry for Steve and hope that he would finally believe in not only magic but in himself as well. Zoe is a wonderful woman who loves with all her heart, ready to give everything up to prove what she is and that she cares for Steve. The two are a great couple and throughout the book you can only cheer Zoe on and hope that she doesn’t get her heart broken.

Crystal Falls is a wonderful place to return to. I enjoy visiting there every chance I get. If you want a sweet and magical romance you should think about going there for a visit as well. Sandra Sookoo does a wondrous job of bringing her characters to life and making them feel as if they are family. Midsummer Night’s Steve is an endearing romance that should be in everyone’s to be read pile.
