Myra, a medieval virgin druidess, flees five hundred years into the future to escape death at the hands of a cursed witch and lands in the arms of a handsome but cynical twenty-first century cop.

Officer Todd Blakely knows Myra is hiding something , but can't resist her innocent charms. Destiny throws them both into a world of intrigue and mysticism. Can Todd be the true white knight she needs? Or will magic and the winds of time tear them apart?

Myra is a virginal Lady of the castle from the past and Todd is a present day cop. Can Todd help Myra and keep her safe from Grainna and her minions? When love enters the picture Todd must decide what is the most important to him. Will he follow his heart?

I adore Myra she is sweet and strong woman. When Myra goes into the future she holds her own as much as she can and never gives up, even when she is scared she fights as much as she can. The only thing that breaks her is her love for Todd. He is a good man who loves with all his heart but doesn’t know what to do. You can feel the depth of their feelings right from the beginning and watching it grow into something more was a beautiful read.

This is book two in this series and you not only get the romance between Todd and Myra but you get to visit with the MacCoinnich family again as well as meeting Lizzy and Simon. They all are in the fight for their lives against Grainna and her followers. The love and devotion that the family has for each other made for a wonderful read, they not only fight for themselves but for the good of mankind. I truly enjoyed this book and cannot wait to read the next in this series.
