Bridget's always been a good girl hoping for the perfect Christmas present, but it's not until her dirty desires are exposed in a very public dream that she gets the ultimate dirty treat to rock her festive season.

A Finnish skiing holiday is the perfect winter wonderland for Bridget to escape her ex at Christmas time - beautifully decked trees, roaring log fires and plenty of mulled wine. What she doesn't count on, however, is a very erotic, very dirty dream on the plane from London to Levi - three perfect lovers all indulging her every whim and desire, how could she not moan and groan and beg for more?
But every dream must end, and as Bridget wakes, with toe curling embarrassment, she realises every passenger on the plane has heard her frantic orgasm...including the gorgeous Irish guy sitting to her left!

After finally escaping a difficult relationship, Bridget has decided to spend Christmas, one of her most vulnerable times, alone on a Finnish skiing trip far away from the no good boyfriend she left behind. Outwardly, she's the quiet, sweet type, but secretly wishes for the dirtiest of fantasies. But that's all they are until a sleepy plane ride has her dreaming of wild escapades in front of a roaring fire, and loudly voicing her opinions on the dream to the hot Irish guy in the next seat. Waking up embarrassed as she realizes just what she'd been saying in her sleep, she can't wait to get off the plane.

Oh, but fate isn't done with her yet. Mr. Irish guy is staying in her hotel with his brother and best friend, and changing hotels isn't an option. Now just why couldn't this Christmas just one thing go right? Or maybe a whispered invitation in the hotel bar means she's about to get her wish after all. James is determined to give Bridget her fantasy and explore the attraction he has only for her.

In Ms. Harlem's usual style this book is scorching hot. Although the actual story time frame is one night and written mostly from Bridget's point of view, you get a feel for James' character and a sense that these two will end up happily ever after eventually somewhere in the ether world of the unwritten story. Bridget draws you into her world and makes you believe she got just what she wanted, with a bonus future with James. Candy Canes and Coal Dust is a fun naughty read that may leave you wanting a fire extinguisher and then wickedly changing your mind. You gotta read this one.
